Privacy notice
A plain-language summary of how the Team 809 registry handles your information. Erector Masters should have this reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, mobile phone, address), trade and skills, experience, union affiliation you choose to share, certifications with dates and card images, availability, work preferences, training interests, and optional documents such as a resume.
We do not ask for your date of birth, race, religion, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics, and they are never used to rank or screen workers.
How we use it
To maintain the Team 809 workforce registry, verify credentials, coordinate training, contact you about your registration, and consider you for project opportunities. Readiness indicators are based only on job requirements such as credentials, availability and verified skills.
Registration does not guarantee employment or union placement.
Who can see it
Only authorized Erector Masters staff, with role-based access. Every administrative action is logged. We may sync limited contact and status information to our customer-relationship system to coordinate communication; Erector Masters' registry remains the system of record.
We don't sell your information.
Your choices
Email, text, training and opportunity notifications are optional and separate from registration. Change them any time from your profile link.
You can review and update your information from your secure profile link. To request correction or deletion, contact Team 809 staff.
Security and retention
Profile links and verification codes are single-purpose secrets stored only in hashed form. Uploaded files are stored securely and served only to authorized viewers. Incomplete registrations are reviewed under a configurable retention policy; records are archived rather than silently deleted.
When you consent, we record the consent version, time, browser user-agent and coarse, IP-derived region. Your raw IP address is not stored.
